I release my attachments to the past.
The Causal Portal is a vortex centre situated in the energy field behind the head which holds our personal Akashic records. It spreads like a mane of white hair flowing down the length of the spine, effecting with its white pale energy the functions of the other portals in their historic remembrances. Often the white of fear is the energy of this portal manifesting through the Solar Plexus. We need to release the fears that have a hold over us; these are imagined consequences, as if history is going to dictate our present and future. We live in a universe based on harmony and resonance. When this energy centre is overloaded and out of balance we are unable to release the resonating memories of old patterns, behaviours and experiences. We run a loop tape of self judgement, guilt and regret whilst we continue to attract similar experiences into our lives.
Past Life Essence assists us in releasing negative patterns and unresolved karma, and guides us into appreciating our current talents and strengths so we can attract beneficial coincidences and bring ourselves into the here and now.

Milky Quartz, Wood Anemone, Snowdrop
Milky Quartz unlocks unfinished business which we are now able to face. Milky Quartz is the white crystal often found on beaches and areas of geological metamorphic activity. It connects us to the memory of the earth through the rivers of crystal that travel through the earths crust. In the human energy field it gently unlocks past memory and erases fear. The nature of milky quartz is spreading, cooling and detached; through it you can look everywhere. In its fine multi directional crystalline structure it holds memory and it is therefore easily programmed.
Wood Anemone, Anemone nemorosa “Vulnerability” releases past vulnerability and draws its strength from its woodland support. This delicate white flower is found in Oak woods before the trees show their leaves, if the weather is sunny the flowers are open, but if it is cloudy the flowers droop and then close. It is also named “wind flower” The Greek writer Pliney stated that the flower only opened with the wind. The flower looks weak but it is strong and can withstand storms and rain. The essence draws us strongly into our vulnerability returning our attention to the past and to past life events, assisting the hidden pain to surface and then pass away.
Snowdrop, Galanthus nivalis is modest and calming yet it awakens with warmth the freshness beyond the clouds of fear. ”Snow-piercer” is a local name for snowdrop, a leaf like protective spathe covers the tip of the flowering head enabling it to push through the frost hard soil and snow, energetically it helps us to push through the cold dark fears of the past with courage and determination. It is also known as “the fair maid of February” and was used in purification ceremonies where village maidens wore bunches as a symbol of purity. The pristine nature of the Snowdrop penetrates into and through past memories, dissolving, warming and freshening past patterns.
